Friday...

I'm excited. I train today. :) To that end, I'm trying to bump-up my calories to fuel my activity.

Early AM
1 hard boiled egg

Morning
6 oz. Fage FF Yogurt
1/2 C. Blueberries
1/4 C. Organic Granola

Mid Morning
Snackin' Flax
Hard Boiled Egg

Lunch
Lean Cuisine Panini

Mid Afternoon
4 oz. 2% Cottage Cheese
1 C. Grapes

Evening (this is my plan, but I'm working late -- might be leftover soup instead)
6 oz. Sweet Sue Chicken Breast
Steamed Broccoli

  1. I've also upped my calories due to more activity. I'm not sure how it will affect my weight loss. I normally stay at 1200 or below. I've upped it to 1400. I'm working 9 hours a day standing on my feet and I'm starving all the time so I thought it was time to get more calories.
