Medditeranean Chicken Burgers

Here's my creation! Not rocket science, but yummilicious!

2 lbs. Ground Chicken
5 oz. Fresh Spinach, diced
1/2 C. Kraft Naturals Mediterranean Style Crumbles
1/4 C. Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil, Drained*
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Combine all ingredients.

If you have time, put the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour. The mixture is pretty wet and this helps to make the meat less sticky to more easily make patties.

Form patties and broil or grill until desired done-ness.

*To further cut fat, use regular sun dried tomatoes soaked in water until soft.
