Monday - Cardio

According to my friends a, I didn't know it, but yesterday was National Bench Press Day. Hallmark has a card for it, so it slipped right past me. Like shwoing up in jeans to a black tie affair, I opted for cardio yesterday:

- Warmed up with 15 minutes of 3.8 mph at a 5% incline
- 15 minutes of High Intensity Intervals
- 10 minutes of 4 mph at 0% incline
- 5 minute cool down40 minutes

Total of 521 Calories Burned.

Melting Mama posted about Cheryl Haworth, an Olympic Weightlifting hopeful. Of course I started Googling her and checkin' her out. Her accomplishment is amazing. As she said in one interview "mass moves mass" and "it's fun to be strong." I say, go girl!
