Wednesday

It is amazing how quickly fat content adds up when I have to have 2 whole eggs because were short! Still, being under 25 g of Fat in my diet is acceptable, as far as guidelines go. :)

My new favorite snack is the Silk Soy with my Syntrax Nectar Cappucino Protein. I love me some Click, but this is more wallet friendly. :)

Breakfast
2 Eggs
2 Svs. FF half-n-half, for coffee
3 T. 2% Cottage Cheese
1 C. Cream of Wheat

AM Snack
1/2 Apple
1 c. Silk Soy Milk w/DHA Omega 3
1 Svg. Syntrax Nectar Whey Protein - Cappucino

Lunch
Eggplant & Turkey Italian Sausage Casserole (See my recipe below)

PM Snack
1/2 Apple
1 c. Silk Soy Milk w/DHA Omega 3
1 Svg. Syntrax Nectar Whey Protein - Cappucino

Dinner
5 oz. Tilapia
1/2 C. Green Veggies

Evening Snack
1/2 C. 2% Cottage Cheese
1/4 C. Blueberries

Protein: 161.5 g (43%)
Carbs: 117.7 g (31%)
Fat: 42.6 g (26%)

Total Calories: 1,501
