Cardio @ Lunch
30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Stationary Bike
(Not sure I like the idea of riding nowhere outside of spin class)
- 60 seconds all out
- 2 minutes recovery
- Repeat 10 times.

    i've been riding like a girl using a food journal online. if anyone is interested, it's at http://www.nutrimirror.com. i like that it lets me monitor my diet and i can see how i am doing with my weight goals. it has a custom feature that lets you log repetitive foods easily. did i mention that it is free? anyway, i like it. it's been helping me eat the right foods and keep my weight off.
