Chistmas Meme

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?
Both

2. Real tree or Artificial?
Real

3. When do you put up the tree?
Usually the weekend after Turkey Day, but we'er behind this year. We do have the lights up though!.

4. When do you take the tree down?
The weekend after the New Year.

5. Do you like eggnog?
Effin' love it... but my lactose-intolerant self doesn't. Soy Nog is an alternative, but makes me swooshy in the head (without the alcohol!)

6. Favorite gift received as a child?
I don't know, my Betty Crocker EZ Bake oven comes to mind first. Go figure.

7. Hardest person to buy for?
Every. Single. Person. I. Know.

8. Easiest person to buy for?
Cassie :)

9. Do you have a nativity scene?
Yes

10. Mail or e-mail Christmas Cards?
Snail Mail.

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received?
Cheesey Holy Family Snow globe. Seriously.

12. Favorite Christmas Movie?
A Christmas Story. "You shoot your eye out!"

13 When do you start shopping for Christmas?
Usually at the last minute, but this year I started in October.

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present?
Naaaah.... oh wait. I have! :( I re-gifted a basket of bath oils and such as a secret santa gift. I didn't want to smell like sugar cookies. heck, I'm sweet enough. *choke*

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?
Any one of Grandma's cookie recipes -- It's like a little taste of the past and reminds me of her.

16. Lights on the tree?
Absolutely... and TONS.

17. Favorite Christmas Song?
I love them all, but Nat King Cole's, "The Christmas Song". Again, it invokes memories of my G'ma.

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home?
Stay Home

19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer?
I have a 4 year old... of course!

20. Angel on the tree top or a star?
Star.

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning?
Christmas morning.

22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year?
People's piss-poor attitudes when they're hustling and bustling around. Just be nice!

23. Favorite ornament theme or color?
G'mas antique Santa Head. I'm going to put it on the tree for the first time this year. Never did before -- was worried it would get broke.

24. Favorite for Christmas Dinner?
Prime Rib -- it's a family tradition.

25. What do you want for Christmas this year?
Truly, I just want to be happy and enjoy the family time. Although a little sparkly-something is always welcome.
