Monday Food Journal

Today is my leg workout: Leg press, Barbell Squats, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curl and Traveling Lunges.
Not much else to report. We got home on Saturday and quickly played catch-up with the rest of our neighborhood. It already looks like Christmas... We did our normal, yearly decor, but we're pretty certain our neighbors have us beat wildly on watts used. :)
I'll have some pictures to post later... gotta get some work done.
