Crun-fuity Yogurt!

I was going to take a picture, but it's half-eaten already... Yumm!

1 C. Fage 2% Yogurt (20 g. Protein)
1/4 C. Bear Naked Peak Protein Granola See Left (6 g. Protein)
2 T. mixed, dried frut
Couple Dashes of Cinnamon
2 t. Vanilla
1 T. Honey
1 Packet of Pure Via

360 calories
36 g. protein

TOTALLY filling.
You can cut calories further by using the 0% yogurt

Since I'm trying to cut out Splenda and artificial sweeteners, I opted to try some honey. No adverse effect from just 1 T, and it's probably a lot kinder to my Thyroid. They also say that a tablespoon of honey a day can help with pollen allergies...


  1. I saw that granola at HEB this past weekend and almost bought some, but then I got lulled in by the make your own granola bar in the natural foods section. Maybe next week!
