Running Milestone

10.13 miles in approximately 2:20.  :)  first 2/3rds of the run was good.  Last third I started feeling a little tired and stiffness in my knees.  Overall though, I felt better than expected!

Who'd of thunk it!  Something about doing 10 seems significant.

9 weeks until the half marathon!  Just have to keep the focus.

  1. 10 miles!!! That is so awesome!! My goal is 10 by this spring... I have to get back up to doing 4 a few times a week first... :)
