Food Journal

Carbs were a little high, but not worrying much about it since I have an hour bike and :30 run tonight.

Sodium a little high too; need to find a lower sodium alternative to Laughing Cow Light for my Ezekiel muffin.

Fiber... a little low.  That's the last thing I need! 


  1. My food long is about the same except my carbs. I keep them between 50-100 a day. If I start to feel sluggish I will eat a little more but 100 and lower keeps the scale moving for me :o)

  2. Yeah, when I'm not training, I will probably need to adjust Carbs down. Right now though, my workouts are soooo much better!
